When you open your first box of KardiaXyme, the logical side of your brain will probably be excited and somewhat skeptical all at the same time.

If you're like most people, you'll probably ponder this question, "How can just a few capsules a day of these natural ingredients offer so many positive health benefits?"

How to use KardiaXyme

For optimal results (therapeutic dosage), consume 2 capsules of KardiaXyme with a meal in the morning and 2 capsules with a meal in the evening.

Depending on your personal situation and desired results, after 60 days you can choose to take a maintenance dose of KardiaXyme which is 2 capsules per day with a meal.

Measuring your personal results

Even if the "logical" side of your brain is a little skeptical, there are several things you can do to track your progress and monitor your personal results.

    • Get a blood test

Before taking KardiaXyme, many people choose to get a blood test to identify their cholesterol scores for both their HDL and LDL cholesterol levels. Often included in these tests is other valuable information such as their cholesterol levels, triglyceride levels and blood pressure.

After obtaining a "before" blood test, most people then schedule a second blood test after consuming the KardiaXyme (as directed) for 60 days. The results from the "after" blood test are usually what get people so excited about the product and the new direction in their personal health. (It also helps to quickly remove any remaining skepticism from the logical side of your brain  )

    • Get "in tune" with your body

Before taking KardiaXyme, do an honest evaluation of your current health. Ask yourself some good health questions and rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 with "10" being the best score – meaning that you feel great in that area of your health and "1" being the worst score for that area of your health.

Here are some suggestions on good questions to ask yourself:

  • Do I experience pain on a regular basis? If so, where is that pain? (Assign a rating of 1-10 for each area)
  • What is my overall energy level like each day?
  • Do I get deep and restful sleep each night?
  • What is my current weight and/or body fat percentage? (Write that number down)

You'll probably think of other questions to ask yourself regarding your personal health so we encourage you to expand your list and get "in tune" with your body.

Once you've established this personal health evaluation, your goal is to re-visit this original list of questions/observations after using KardiaXyme (as directed) for 60 days. Go through and rate yourself again on a scale of 1-10 in order to determine what type of positive effects you've experienced by adding KardiaXyme to your daily regimen.
